Do you believe scammers carry their handles over time? What about their 'badge number'? I've often wondered if these people could be tracked and if they do retain handles that might be one way to do it.

Example IRS/SSA long time scammer fake Jeffrey Tribiano has the same name for 3 years and same badge ID: IR2015-89
