You can do that if you have FireRTC then you can directly change the caller ID in the settings. However FireRTC does not allow any new user accounts so this works only if you already have an account.
Or create multiple TextNow accounts. However you need an American IP address when creating the account otherwise they won’t let you in. That way if you got blocked on one textnow number you can try with another account/number
