Kept going off tangent and knocking her off script, like asking if she had blonde hair because that would be appropriate for someone with the name of Sonny, or if she had ever considered being a meteorologist (which she apparently did not know was). Wound up needing to ‘verify’ me, so DOB and SSN was required. Wouldn’t accept last 4, so I simply said I thought it was a scam, but since the SSA would never ask for a full number, I know it is now and hung up.
