Verified dumb asses... I was waiting on an important call so thought I'd just mess with their heads for a moment while I wait... did the witness protection program bit. The guy initially thought that I was somehow against the government and refusing to obey them. Then I asked if he had ever heard of the Witness Protection Program... he said he had never heard of it and asked what it was! Perfect timing as the call I was waiting for on my landline rang in, so I told him that if he had never heard of it, he obviously wasn't a government employee, let alone from the SSA, and that this whole thing was nothing more than a scam - and to go get F'ed (along with a few other choice words) and hung up.

One ring hang Not much luck for the draco

@Draco#150092 same here. Do you reckon COVID is starting to take its toll on our roaming scammer gangs?

@ScamChod#150100 I dunno here they are shutting shit down again so mayb…

I spoke with Officer Elina Sophia (spelling out the name and surname was a 2 minute ordeal). Badge ID SSA02960. Definitely a rookie, fresh graduate of Police Academy. I complimented her on her beautiful “Italian” accent. Easily rattled when I went off script. The call went off the rails when she got to the money transfer part, to Columbia and Mexico, known drug countries. Yes, I have made a $6,000 money transfer but it was to Kolima, in Nagaland. Oh, boy, that sparked her interest. I said this young, beautiful lady promised to marry me, and I sent her $6,000 so that she can work on the visa and other paperwork. (Thanks for the inspiration, JusticeinTexas). Miss Sophia wanted to know how I met my fiancee. I said through the phone, actually a cold call, but we hit it off and eventually talked through Facebook Messenger and Instagram. She stole my heart, and apparently my $6,000 because she became a ghost. Meaning she doesn’t return my calls anymore. Maybe she died of Covid.

After the asset verification form, I was put on hold and then the senior officer, another female, came on the line and scolded me. "Why are you talking this way?" Huh? Before I could say anything, she hung up. Oh, well, almost 30 minutes pranking this number.
