I have come across this SSA scammer many times fake name “Uttam Dhillon”
Ther is a real SSA officer Uttam Dhillon too. He is Punjabi Indian American officer. These Indian scammers are exploiting his name.

The current acting administrator of the DEA is Uttam Dhillon. I have bumped into this scammer before, acting as the senior DEA agent (the closer). Last time I came across him, he told me his name and I said something like "Oh, as in Uttam Dhillon the acting director of the DEA?" and he indicated that was indeed who he was. I acted quite surprised, and mentioned something about finding it unusual for the director to be farting around on a small potatoes case like this, just involving some 22 pounds of cocaine, and didn't he have anything else more important to do. I seem to remember him getting all high and mighty at that point, and things just deteriorated fast after that.

@Otis#135543 Funny. The family name “Dhillon” is a Punjabi Indian name. I asked him if he can speak in Punjabi. He told me that he left India when he was child so he does no speak. Liar. Punjabi parents seldom stop speaking their mother tongue. This scammer was a pure Hindi speaking man.
