Got the robocall about 20 minutes ago - call or risk going to jail, etc…
Called and got a Mr. Jack Miller. Started as usual and I was just wanting to verify it was a valid number, so I didn’t play long. When he said they were going to suspend my SSN, I told him couldn’t. He insisted he could. I insisted he couldn’t - not even if he really did work for the SSA, DEA or particularly if he was just pretending to be a SSA agent calling from a very loud call center in India.
He confirmed he was in India, and started acting like I was his best buddy and wanted to strike up a conversation. I played along with him for a while until I got a phone call on my other phone, so I told him I had to go and hung up.
This sounds like a HUGE call center... the background noise was overpowering and made it difficult to hear him at times. Should be plenty of suckers to play there.
@josephnormandgrinnell#173593 I sent a rather nasty photo. I probably will not do it again. However, Alex Parker is a real jerk, and I made an exception for him.
