These are fowl mouthed idiots. I called them an after a minute on the phone with them, they started to cuss at me. Then I called them a few more times and the hung up on me. Then they conferenced me to another person who they thought was another scambaiter. It turns out that the person they conferenced me with was a victim. I explained to him that this was a scam. He thanked me for notifying him that this was a scam and we hung up. One less victim for the scammer.

@drwat#84836 Thanks for the info and the link to the youtube video by Ismail. I tried calling this number a few minutes ago and they are answering as the IRS. I am not in a position to scam bait them yet so I’ll try later.
I tried the other number you provided yesterday and it answers with Google voice asking to leave a message.
