That number turns up for some painters claiming to be in Minnesota.
Bernstein Painting - https://bernsteinpainting.com/ which has a page for an apparent office in Karlstad and Beltrami Minnesota with that phone number listed. It looks to be part of a referral service where you get a franchise and leads for your area are sent to you. They do claim to be nationwide and have an 800 number you can call, so they may well have a call center handling their inbound calls and routing appropriately. I dunno.
