I called them a few times using my normal voice and they hung up on me. Then I changed my phone number and called again with an old lady voice. My fake name was Betsy Ross. I talked to Andrew Hall DC132275. My case ID was 00/100/CP/5401. As soon as he heard that I had only one bank account with a balance of $96 he decided that it he did not want to scam me. He wanted more than $96 dollars. Even though he did not scam me, he is scamming others. So go and shut him down! Here is my recording:
