I reach their hold music, then it seems like the call connects but I don’t hear anything (no introduction) and then it hangs up. I’ve tried twice.

I think they blocked my number. I’d connect but they’d never say anything. One guy said “Hello?” and I asked if it was the SSA and they hungup and now it constantly gives me the busy tone but I think they just blocked my number.
