First one could not understand that you cannot rent a car with a SSN or a 2010 Toyota. Second one told me about Texas and I had to spell my zipcode and SSN plus I kept repeating all the towns my family live in all over Texas while ignoring everything he said. Was he pissed.
Officer Elaine Foster, Badge ID GB38501 picked up the call AFTER pressing zero. My case ID is DC7010. Gawd, it was like pulling teeth. She was so slow, by the 21st minute I just had to tell her, get on with it, Ma’am. You’re too slow with the script. Do you want to do the asset verification form now?
I noticed her accent, so I asked if she speaks Nagamese. She said yes, she is from Nagaland. But she will not disclose her location. Could be the new "gang" drwat was talking about that operates in that area of India. She said she cannot say because of what "they" might do to her.
Wasted over half an hour of her time, I asked her to pass me on to her senior officer so I could prank him/her. She refused but thanked me for being decent to her. She said you have the right to prank us, but I cannot waste any more time because we have to do the scam. WTF?

This one really gets me, and I harp on it quite a bit when messing with them. They say that it was rented under your name and SSN, yet they have no clue what driver license number was used. Then they say that there were two addresses linked to the __title__ of the car, which they can't seem to understand would be addresses associated with the car rental company, not the person renting the car. Their whole understanding of car rental is completely non-existent, and it really shows. I once asked them what the name of the car rental place was, and they replied "Toyota Corolla"!

Funny, Office Stacey Moore also remembered our conversation yesterday. At least she acknowledged that I have the right to "prank" them, just as they have the right to go on scamming. I told her I'll keep on calling everyday.
