Could never find out what the scam is because they kept asking for my SSN and I didn’t want to give someone’s number .

You can use 078-05-1120, its a dead number from the 30s.

Use any number with 00 in the middle two digits.

Use any number starting with 901 or above.

We flooded the number with thousands of calls
They screamed long & very loudly before capitulating to superior technology.

They did say there was nothing we could do to stop them.
Very ill informed as always
