Additional information about this scam: Found this one on numberguru, they say Amazon found suspicious activities.
Asshats had a hard time with their English, I spoke with Amazon, SSA ‘department’, Office of the Inspector General.
They get frustrated quickly because they cannot understand… so you have to speak S L O W L Y 
They seem very skittish and paranoid. They’ve hung up on me several times and I was on my best behavior.
