Additional information about this scam: I believe they are doing an email campaign, I found this on numberguru.

When I called, I just told them I needed more information on the ‘suspension’ of my SS#, he then told me the “email” was sent to me to let me know about some “enforcement actions” under my name and social security number. My fake agent is very bad, can barely read the script.
