Above number uses Amazon Connect Virtual Contact. Greeting says so. Try logging yourself into their system if you know how.

Otherwise, pretend you're a customer and just follow the prompts. Worst case, you'll end up on hold for 1 hour 59 minutes, then it will drop your call. You have to press 1 two or three times first to get the hold music.
It is a toll free number, so they're racking up the cost. I mute my speakers so as not to plant an ear bug with their hold music.

@drwat#131916 Oh, yeah, I do that, after I’ve made sure that the option I picked will just cycle the call. Silly for them to set upward limit to 2 hours. Their loss.
