This line is back up and running.
Called and gave fake details, despite that, they “found” my loan in the federal student loan database, offered me around 50% forgiveness for a sign up fee. They then sent me documents to sign via Clixsign, screenshot below of me reporting their illegitimate use of Clixsign to the company.
I was hoping they’d give me some kind of payment portal or details but they tooks a randomly generated fake MasterCard number from me and didn’t flag it indicating that they don’t take the payment immediately there on the line.
Everyone please call and waste their time, hopefully we can shut them down again!
