@EvanScambaiting14#135586 Was in the middle of talking with a nasty sounding lady and her end just went silent… No hangup or anything, just dead silent as if someone just hit mute on her end and walked away. Stayed on the line for a few minutes and finally hung up. When I call back now, I just get a “Sorry, no one is available…” message.

@Draco#135597 LOL - another first! I called back as granny from a number in Texas. I started off all apologetic saying that I was sorry for bothering them but I had a missed call from that number and I was calling to see if it was anything important. A Mr. Edward Lee (Badge ID: SSA2535) started in on the usual script regarding illegal activities under my name and social security number. I told him that he was obviously mistaken and had the wrong person. We went back and forth a few times, with granny insisting that she was not the person they were looking for and that they needed to correct their records. To my surprise, eventually the guy said “So what you want me to do, contact the local authorities and update the information?”. I said yes, that would be fine as long as they understood that it wasn’t me and there was no way it could be. I don’t know - maybe he was playing me? Maybe he felt sorry for this poor sweet old lady? Whatever it was, he said that I have nothing to worry about and he would update the records personally - and then he ended telling granny he was sorry for the confusion and to have a wonderful and blessed day 
They are angry little trolls. They stopped answering for a little bit, but they are back to answering and they flip out begging for us to stop calling them and then just muttering swear words.

When on hold hit 0 wait hit again gives yuu more time… if u hit *3 or number you cam try get direct line … I tried different numbers while listening hold music … trying break the code … If you hit 0 bunch the music and hold voice gets warped
