@Draco#183814 Thanks. He got on my nerves, when for the second or third time he chastised me for spelling my name. I work at a legitimate inbound call center, which sells a real product. When you get a senior, you have to give them some latitude to go off-topic a bit. Then you try to gently bring them back on track. I would have gotten written up for speaking to a customer like that scammer spoke to me.
