I just signed up to say I got a call from the same number. I’m wondering if they’re spoofing the phone number of a real business, because when I called back I got a guy saying this was “Daily CBD” and that they didn’t call or have any idea what the call was about. I did some research and I think it’s these guys: https://dailycbd.com/ but I’m not positive.
To MQ9's note – I'm not sure if using a redialer to spam a potentially legit business that had their number spoofed will do much to deter these guys. I could be wrong and they just lied to me, but seems awfully reasonable.
