This shithole is quite large…lots of liars on the floor in this stinking snotbox formerly known as Spectrum. They decided launch a hostile takeover on the stock market and changed the signage on the outside of the building to Verizon since earlier this week.

I’ve heard them change fake company identities and the stolen names they hilariously think they can pass for on 5 or ten consecutive calls within 60 seconds.
Some of these idiots have no clue what script they’re doing day to day so make it up on each call

One guy from this group claimed to be from the Philippines and that the majority of spectrums customer service is there but I have my doubts about the location. He was really good at first insisting that he was spectrum. Hindi insults didnt seem to work and he kept his cool but I set him OFF when I mentioned Islam, he called me back 4 times absolutely raging before I blocked him.
When I get off work I will have to see if they are still up and running.

These Spectrum clowns have returned after a fairly long hiatus.
They got hit extremely hard with several big flooders belting them at the same time.
From this the last they were heard from on Oct 12 at 15:15:52 est

I’ll put this one in here.
I’ve been verifying hundreds of very old numbers all day to see what’s still active and what’s not.
These numbers are extremely fake, despite the front end menu sounding very professional.
You just enter any garbage 10 digit number when it asks for the phone number registered with your account, I always deliberately enter an impossible number which cannot possibly be dialed and it thanks your for confirming your account details.
They way this dickhead then answered the call made me laugh.
Just call me mister call center telephone answering professional!!
