Scam Number: 877 433-0568
This one is different than the Xfinity one, goes right into a vici dial. Seems like they are doing the “add a phone to your account” scam. I tried a generic refund scam set of lines and he didn’t bite, and I tried a generic “prepay for a discount” line and they did not bite. He is doing the “add a phone” scam through hijacking my account and sending a phone order to mules. His favorite color is blue. His name is Alex Ray
Informed me my promotion was ending and check if there is any promotion available and cutting my landline since I did not use it. Now asking for my login credentials.If I have any issues I can call him right up and he is cutting my cable bill from 150 to 60 dollars. Claims he is switching me to ATT internet even though he is on spectrum. My voip number reads as ATT when it is looked up, so he is trying to hijack my ATT account with 2FA codes which I probably won’t get since that info is outdated.
Never mind he just sent me this I am not familiar with it saraplus.com
He finally cut the line after I asked him for an email or text to send a picture of my bill for verification purposes.
