Scam Number: 828-559-1349
Extra Info: Spectrum scammer had me call this number to “Spectrum Service” to verify that their offer is real. (I called and a real person - go figure?)
I got my monthly bill reduced from $180/mo. to only $59.99/mo. for 2 years, but they needed a credit card number or an Amazon gift card.
Darn. This number will be gone soon, so enjoy now

Thanks. They must be rookies. I’ve gotten a different greeting each call - from simple “hello” to “Spectrum Customer Care.” I called the number again (828-559-1349) and the greeting was “Spectrum Home Services.”.
If they ask why you are calling, it’s because “Sara Wilson - Agent ID: S2208” - told me to call to verify this is really Spectrum, because I wanted the Senior Discount Program (there was another discount plan too, but I forget name) and I would feel better giving my (credit card, gift card) directly to someone at Spectrum. I’m not dumb.
To get their amazing discount, they only wanted $10 from my cc, but I had to pay $120 upfront with a gift card (Amazon or Paypal only). They would not take the Chuck E Cheese card I bought.
They’ve called my burner number back twice, maybe because I gave my birthday as 12/01/1920 and I could be dead by tomorrow. That was thoughtful, as most scammers aren’t as patient with a 100 year old man as this crew.
