I have called the Verizon number and was sent to voicemail. The individual identified himself as “Tech 0065 with Spectrum Cable” and asked me to call 866-449-5476 to speak with their “billing team.”
User complaints for the toll-free Five 9/ZipWhip number on 800Notes indicate a pattern of fraud.
Another phone number the scammers use is (866)-449-9034 (Five 9/ZipWhip)

This is a genuine Spectrum number!!
They have dozens of toll free numbers with the identical menu
I have submitted a complaint to rscamnumbers a couple of hours ago for showing yet another genuine number indicated in number to call back.
