This Pakistani scam still has roughly 25,000 - 30,000 active numbers
They have had hundreds of thousands of numbers in what is without doubt the largest scale and volume of numbers scam.
There are hundreds of call centers which have 2, 5, 50 and even 5000 active toll free or area code numbers. None have anything remotely close to this operation.
