I think it’s a mandatory curriculum subject.
They need to plan ahead for the future of call center liars,
DEI certificates in musical chairs participation does not qualify as a pass in professional lying 101.
She kept calling me ma’am. I told her not assume my gender and my pronouns are ze/zir/zed. She asked my number for service and I told her I wanted to f her. WHAT?? My name is Peter and I have a long one. Come on honey. I am lonely. And then I started to cry big sobs. She got all upset when I told her what I needed from her. Ooops. Now I am just calling and hanging up.
I think their lines may be a little tied up at this time. Ooops.
They’re saying to call back at the real X-finity number
8009346489 Comcast X-finity real number (1-800-XFI-NITY 1-800-934-6489)
That is very strange unless they’re call forwarding to the real X’finity number at this time
I would stop calling mate
I know the number isn’t the real comcast (or damn well shouldn’t be), because it initially came from their own website as a security alert scam number.
If they’re stupid enough to list their own numbers and call centers as a scam then they deserve everything they get, but personally, I wouldn’t call that number any more.
I doesn’t sound like it first did for some strange reason
Number has been disconnected or no longer in service.
I called the real Comcast and tried to get a person at 9 PM and it is impossible. The business office is closed. These women were still working at 9 PM. It makes no sense.
Yeah it’s a a real strange one
This is when I had a dozen calls conferenced to each other an hour or so ago.
When one of the women close to the end of the recording, talking to the total silence of my system because she is not hearing any response, to give them a call back at 1-800-XFI-NITY
The one speaking before that was barely audible even though I was turning the inbound audio up to maximum to try and hear what she was muttering on about
They may have been call forwarding to that number is what I’m thinking.
And the number coming from the Xifinty security alert notifications, Surely they wouldn’t list any of their thousands of numbers as a fraud scam alert from known emails and text messages which do the rounds.
And also odd that they all had a strange accent plus there were only three of them.
I get a lot of those Marketplace calls from the Philippines and these women had that same exact sound.
Also, Xfinity agents are only on duty from 8 AM to 9 PM ET. So, here in Texas that would only be 8 PM. It is 10 PM here now and they are still answering.

Ooh boy, these guys are desperate. Answering as t mobile internet services.
“Matt” has a good accent. Dan and Daniel are not great.
Callback numbers:
888-208-545x (this one might be real, maybe a spoofed callback line. Matt and those in the background sound real and tied back to a potentially legitimate 3rd party retailer)
312-544-0399
773-200-0978
800-216-720x (this also ties back to the same as the 888 number)
Callback
470-499-3436 Textnow
Callback 800-216-7205
I’m not 100% on this one.
It ties to this website along with this number 888-208-545x above. A lot of the hallmarks for a scam center are there but the person answering sounds american and so did the people in the background. The address on the website also seems to check out as being a wireless company.
But if that first number is theirs as well it is super unethical since I got 4 different call backs from them.
100% correct
I had already looked it up
The street view clearly shows the business as
Zoom this street view straight in on the sign
So the 888 667 1824 number is definitely BS. I called back from a clean number and the same guy (Dan) from earlier claimed to be earthlink now. Denied making any outbound calls and that they were t-mobile.
Edit: found a link between TCC and Top-speed 5G, a linkedin post from a supposed TCC executive sharing the 800 number and website for top speed 5G.
Still not sure about the original 888 number though, possible they were spoofing the callback numbers or they are running some sketchy stuff along with their legitimate business. This wouldnt be the first time ive come across some shady cell/internet providers
Check out this company. They really exist but tied some sketchy shit back to them previously. There was a sketchy call center for internet services and claim to provide them for all the major and minor internet providers. That call center eventually gave imperial to myself and numberkings as their actual employer.
Imperial has like 3,100 5 star google reviews and they are all almost identical.
The original thread that ended up tying to this company
They texted me from this fake number to my fake number about giving me a Mastercard credit card from their company and to call the 800-216-7205 number. Does that sound legit?
You mean this one below?
The whole thing has me wondering exactly what is going on. I guess i have three thoughts.
- They are unaffiliated and are using this company to dump off on scam baiters
- The company is scammy and is using legitimate business as cover for their scam
- Its a lead generator center and it is scammy
