LIST OF PHONE NUMBERS BELOW
This is a New Zealand internet and phone service provider that the scammers are claiming to be calling from.
The phone call starts with an automated message saying your internet is about to be cut off, and that if you wish to speak to someone about it, please press 1.
Once you have done this, a junior team member comes on the line with a thick Indian accent asking if they are speaking to the owner of the internet ( :D ) and step you through basic "checking" of your internet by asking you to run netstat to view "the IP addresses" of those who have misused your internet.
They will invariably ask you to download a piece of software by visiting www.anydesk.com or similar to allow them access to your machine, although they don't tell you this, and instead claim they are connecting you to "Spark Secure Server" to resolve the issue. Once you have done so, you are then passed to a more senior team member who will then go about installing malware on your computer.
