With the help of @Sol we figured out what it was
Carrier: Onvoy
I’ve been conferencing these clowns together
Thank you friend @fantasticssnow
These guys are disgusting, they are asking me for a photo of a my social security card. I have yet to speak with a real US based broker, I think these guys are straight out doing identity theft alone. Very manipulative and smug.
Talking about my ‘immigration’ status with thinly veiled threats.
Now they are offering a $50.00 bonus if I give them the numbers of seven of my closest friends, if anyone wants to DM me their number so I can tell them to call you! LOL
can you gain access to one of their systems
Gottem!
They sent me a freaking contract to sign up, there IS a US based broker out of Florida whose name is on the contract I am supposed to sign. The “agents” lie, claiming to be with “Obamacare ACA” and claim that the process is done by using WhattsApp, they want copies of SS cards and more sensitive info. In the end they send you a bullshit contract. If anyone wants the link let me know as IT WILL expire, here are screenshots. Also an audio where they LIE about who they are and where they are:
Sue them!
LMAO, ooooh that would be fun.
Here’s another ‘estupido’ (786) 906-0692… enjoy!

They are still active, impersonating Medicaid for individual states as well. Today I called and the scammer claimed to be an employee of “STAR” which is the Texas Medicaid program.
I contacted the Texas Fraud Hotline at 1-800-436-6184 and the rep screamed and yelled at me then hung up.
I’m starting to think it’s ME failing miserably to convey the right message. An unethical broker is impersonating the Medicaid program and I want to report them.
Scammer gave me that website to sign up for FREE medical insurance and lied throughout the call.

They’ve called me and texted me countless times. I asked if they are licensed, if they are registered brokers and if they can provide me their NPN but they are truly, TRULY clueless as to what I am asking.
This operation is something that I have seen before.
This is my theory: A real broker based in the US will hire offshore callers, then those offshore callers will talk to the ‘client’ and sign the client up for ACA or Medicaid or a private health insurance company.
The offshore callers will USE the broker information (NPN number) to do so and that is how the US based broker will get paid without having to talk to the client.
There are dozens of offshore callers talking to dozens of potential clients and these brokers sit here in the US making money from those people who signed up. ABSOLUTELY unethical. It’s bullshit!
I called the Texas DOI and again, those people are completely unhelpful, rude and condescending.
The Texas DOI agent basically told me that I need to block the phone number, never give my info to anyone and to contact the police. It is so frustrating to be able to understand what’s going on here but be unable to explain to the pertinent authorities.

These guys are doing the same thing, impersonating ACA lying about who they are.
