“Customer Support”. Could a scambait expert tell me if this is a scam or not? I need help identifying the signs of it, if there are any. I didn’t click on anything. The email was from “Jira Service Management”.

Hover over the button, do NOT click. What is the url that appears on the bottom left corner of your computer screen? Also, did you make an account with clxcommunications, or request anything from a company about a customer service account? To me, it looks like a phishing attempt.
To be honest, I have a really bad sense of memory and I can be dumb sometimes, but I hope it’s just a phishing attempt.
It seems like one to me. Its ok lmao, i forget stuff all the time
