I just delete them. Most are simply redirects to fake surveys that promise a lot but in the end just collect your information. Open them in a VM sometime and follow along, they are amusing. Most of the time they are trying to sell CDB gummies or some such stuff after you get through the survey. No matter what answers you put in the survey you wind up with a page like this, for example:
