Found this website when searching for a hard to find discontinued item (place setting for stainless flatware). Price was reasonable. Website appeared to be based in Canada but offered to ship to US. I placed an order on December 30, 2019 and received a confirmation email immediately that appeared legitimate. Upon placing the order, my credit card company messaged asking if I had authorized the payment, I confirmed I had.

Three weeks later, I have not seen any update in my order despite several emails sent. I have just requested my order be cancelled and refunded. I will update here if my refund request is honored.

Yep looks like you’ve been had and it seems they will not refund all your hard earned cash either apparently.

@dandan#125804 Can you just do a credit card charge back with your credit card provider/company? I think they have time limits, so try today. Some scammers will try to waste your time, so that by the time you try a charge back with your credit card company it will be too late to do the charge back. Your Credit Card company will have to issue you with a new Credit Card as this one has been compromised, which means updating direct credits and other merchants (paypal, uber, etc) which the card was linked with.
