Not sure if there’s a proper thread for this, but I recently came here to browse for some numbers to dial, and a prompt asked me to disable my adblock. I have no qualms supporting this site, so I disabled it, as I never really realized this site HAD ads before the prompt. However, I was innundated by slide-up and pop-down ads. This wouldn’t be so bad, but it seems they randomly pop back up again after closing them. I realize that the site needs as many ads to support costs like server uptime, hosting, and all various other costs. I was wondering, however, if the slide up/down ads could maybe be moved and put next to the other ads? On a very small screen, the banner takes up a lot. I realize that this is a pretty small issue, and I’m not sure if it’s something that adsense forces the site to do, or if you’re able to do. Either way, I’ll still be here, it’s not like it’s a game breaking thing, just will have to keep clicking the down arrow to read threads. Obviously I’m no expert at this stuff, and there might be logistical reasons for why things are where they are, just thought I’d throw my two cents in : )
