Just got a call on a fake phone number. Just called back and if says. Welcome to our software and support hotline.

Their number is +1-438-793-4923

Can someone tell me if this is genuine or not.
EDIT: looking up the number produces lots of scam reports

I called and they didn’t even identify as a company. He just said hello and hang up
