In my quest to find the perfect job, I am hounded by scammers due to what I believe is the criminal negligence of job forum sites and recruiting agencies. In my experience, Indeed and Atsondemand are by far the worst culprits and enablers of job scams.
I applied to some fairly normal looking jobs on Indeed, one that is now gone from the site with every other job that company posted obliterated. I should also note that the pay of these jobs varied between like $18-$20, and were not the $30.41 shown in the upcoming emails.
Since then, I have gotten four emails for “job interviews” with the same template, but different sites and Signal numbers all using an official Atsondemand email address, [email protected]:
