It is a pre recorded voice saying that my social security number has been suspended for suspicious activity.
It says it is from the Canada government.
Guy was speaking in FRENCH.

I look up on other websites,and I saw the number is from ste-hyacinthe Quebec, Canada. Maybe a scam aimed at French Canadian (i am one). I did not go through to talk to someone since it was clearly a scam.
