I called them and said my name is Alex Langley. They asked when I got called and I said about an hour ago (if just happened, so they’re not checking) I had them on hold for five minutes looking for a pen. They gave me a case number, and when I read it back incorrectly they said it was right. After they read all the charges against me, I said I would call my lawyer and they hung up.
Same thing happened to me. Left a terrifying call screening message that I immediately returned. Went to voicemail so all I said in a message was "Returning a call from this number, call me back if you need me "
Calls back, says the wrong name to me, and I hung up.
I CANT STAND THIS AGE WE LIVE IN.
