So my friend and I usually calls scammers from this website and he’s been getting 20 calls every 10 or so minutes. I just drove him home and he got called like 30 times so I’m assuming what happened was a Indian scammer put his number on the website. I asked some of the people who were calling what the post was called and they said Microsoft support, his number is 704-962-8*** so I’m trying to find the post so I can get it taken down.

@Myfriendneedshelp#120767 I’m afraid that number, nor the term “Microsoft support” is yielding any results on this forum, did at least one or more of the multitude of people calling confirm this post was made on Scammer.info? As there are various other websites which also provide a platform for posting such illegitimate phone numbers, but with little to no verification. Before any post becomes publicly visible on this site, it must be manually approved by a moderator, which includes calling any phone numbers included in it. Unless that user has the verified/trusted role, can they make a post without verification, which the majority do not. So unless a mistake was made, a post containing your friends phone number shouldn’t have been publicly visible.
Thank you
@Myfriendneedshelp#120767 also, how would an Indian scammer get his personal number?
@Norm_Harrison#120802 The reason I believe it’s coming from this website is because I asked multiple people where did they get this number from and they said scammer.info, but yea I looked up the number and Microsoft support as well and didn’t find it so I’m not sure where they are finding it from.
@NeeP#120806 He uses his number to call them he doesn’t hide his number or use a fake number.
@Myfriendneedshelp#120928 I can’t see the original number anymore because it’s censored now. Try to use different formatting to search through the site like 704-962-8000 or 7049628000 or (704) 962-8000. Maybe that will give a result.
Also it's extremly stupid to use the own phone number and not any safe 3rd party apps like this. If he had used BobRTC, Textnow, Skype or anything else, he would have been safe.
