These guys will call daily, changing their automated message. They also use SlyDial to bypass your phone from ringing, so that they can go directly to voicemail.
Initial caller ID was from 224-217-3128. which the voicemail said to call 949-365-4020. When I hung up, “Donnie” called back with 949-771-2909. They answer the phone as “Funding Department”, with no other information about who the actual business is.
