Hmmm. I called them. It seems legit. Their website is legit, and the people on the phone are nice, didn’t ask for money or anything.

Do you have any proof that it’s a scam? Or it’s a false positive?
She sounded 100% American on the phone, not Indian
Jesus christ. Americans can be scammers too. Tell the owner to not call my phone and his number won’t get posted. How many times to I have to explain where i get my fucking numbers from. These assholes call me. They want bank statements.

How often do I need to point out to post more info and proof for the scam when posting a number. Otherwise I wouldn’t have to reach out to you.
We have to decide whether to let a number online or to take it down as they kinda threatened us and also sounded quite legitimate. And I don’t know much about this kind of scam so I’d like to have more proof.

Do they lend the money for extraordinary high interest rates that they try to disguise in the ToS? Are they sending people to beat you up if you don’t pay back the loans? How did they get your alias name?
Then also since I’m not from the US: is cold-calling people illegal? How exactly are they breaking law or are scam?
Cold calling is a violation of FTC regulation. I have addressed this extensively in my past posts. They are all scams which draw from the same contact source. I can prove this because I can track my alias name. I will answer all of your questions when I have time. Busy at the moment, so it might be a couple days. I will answer them all. Thanks!
