"Sky High Solution" and "Tech Law Solution" RAIDED and shut down (23 ARRESTED!)

On November 14, 2025, the Pimpri-Chinchwad Cyber Police in India raided two illegal call centers operating out of a plush commercial complex in Hinjewadi Phase 2 IT Park. The call centers raided were:

SKY HIGH SOLUTION

The scammers used TeleCMI, Dailer and Phound to calll American victims under the guise of the “Medical Health Department” and ask if they faced any side effects after using certain medications and talcum powder. The victim’s personal information will be collected and sold to American law firms.

The scammers will also pose as the “Community Choice Financial Company” to collect banking details and collect money and gift cards under the guise of “improving their credit score.”

Nine bhenchods were arrested, including the 32-year-old kingpin Sagar Kumar Yadav and 29-year-old manager Anand Pankaj Sinha

TECH LAW SOLUTION

Had the same modus operandi as Sky High Solution. 13 were arrested, including the 25-year-old kingpin Dhananjay Sahebrao Kasar and 28-year-old manager Harshad Shankar Khamkar

I found it interesting that one of the call centers was selling information to American law firms. I wonder if the American law firms can be prosecuted as being part of an ongoing criminal enterprise? It would be especially ironic if these firms were some of those that were writing cease-and-desist letters against scambaiters over the years.

The American Law firms must know exactly what is happening and the shady lawyers don’t care.

I feel they should be tried under accomplice liability.
