This number is hosting a technical support scam.

The users will fraudulently promote themselves as Microsoft-certified technicians on Google to deceive users into believing their devices were “infected with 29 spyware attacking their IP address.” The users will be asked to subscribe to their false antivirus program “WareDot” and be asked to renew the subscription with Apple gift cards.
