Should TLS/Scammer.info have a Private toolbox for Lvl 2+ Members?

I’ve noticed many people use IP Loggers to do damage to scammers. Typically they’ll become too well known one day. I’m thinking the TLS Community should band together to make a “Toolbox” or a custom domain available to Level 2+ Members who’ve contributed to the forum just enough to ensure they’re not scammers, spammers or whatever.

Another problem is with Fake Banks, This is a common problem. I Know north watch became too popular, and rather annoying to maintain. We should try to keep Fake Banks out of the general public due to the fact scammers will know who’s pulling the strings and where the domain is hosted. I Figured by making a “Trusted” Whitelist Fake Bank that’s Domain is hosted on a separate website that doesn’t allow “New Registrations” Because the bank has Maximum capacity of capital and needs to “sell” it which is basically taking out loans and lending it. IDK Sounds like a good error that isn’t too unbelievable. Keeping the domain private to level 2+ Will ensure the fake bank is kept clean, If we had funding we could make a few “Backups” or swap-out domains that would be changed every 2 to 3 months. This way scam baiters could continue without scammers keeping track of the fake banks.

I Figured if the community banded together we could help make a more private toolbox for people who are trustworthy in the community.

Any suggestions? I’m Willing to fund & Source programmers and Learn Ruby and Rails to help contribute to this idea, Just wanting some feedback about this Idea, Obviously this is the smaller/beginning to a Massive operation I Have underway. Just figured I’d ask.

If you have additional ideas for the toolbox please comment them below and I’ll respond to you when I’m not busy. Thx

Here’s the problem as I see it. Everyone is using the same technique/software in their scambaits of which will become known by scammers sooner than later. I personally stay away from using public solutions as I don’t think wasting a scammer’s time is effective in the long term as it will cause them to raise their guard should they get spammed with calls, but of course everyone has their own technique which works well for them. Anyways let’s not get sidetracked.

While I’m not against the idea of a “toolbox” being made available for members who are Level 2+ as you say, I can’t think of any material that could be included which isn’t already public or on some sort of repository. Obviously I may be wrong and there may be some sort of unused tools members of the community could use but it goes without saying that you don’t want that technique being rinsed as well.

Another thing to bear in mind is that keeping it private would be more challenging than anything as the last thing you would want is a leak with no true source for it; but that could be addressed should the idea proceed.

That’s my take on the idea.

I like the idea but I agree with Nightinq, anything you show the scammers, like a fake bank or sites that validate gift cards/western union numbers etc. will eventually get around to the scammer community, or get out to people who misuse them.

I would like to see better tutorials on back-end and “invisible” features, like how to setup a keylogger and wireshark for packet capture, and how to edit things like msinfo to hide the use of a VM, rather than out of the box solutions.
