They are asking you if you have a senior in your home and will ask for routing and account number for scamming purposes. They WILL pull out your money if you give that info. They have a voicemail of them “drowning” so that you will have sympathy for them. They operate in a call center in San Jose, I believe. Either hat, or they’re spoofing their number.
