Who knew that the scammers would spread over to Neocities, lol. Interesting to see some tech scammers using Neocities. Well, considering the amount of scammers out there, something like that isn’t really that surprising. You could tell this webpage had not much effort put into it. Very simple layout, bright colors, and a photoshop using a stock photo of an Indian guy. I assume you try to prank us as I can seen on the little tab description you gave, it used to have a freenom domain. Am I right? I bet so. Also I remember I saw this website from a discord user in the past, I just don’t remember by whom. My instict says it’s 100% fake!

Well my friend sent it to me via Discord claiming it was an “authentic” number. Didn’t look deeper into it until now. Shouldn’t always trust in friends when it comes to scammer numbers it seems.
