Appears to be a mass-sent email to gmail accounts from leaked databases of online games. A heavily Indian-accented man answers the phone. The goal seems to be to extract card information with a scare tactic of a pending charge on the card, and/or access the machine of the victim to install fake security software and charge for it.
Crudely crafted TXT file, “invoice” - is included in the email with the following content:
