Screen freezing pop-up for fake windows support

This advertiser is using screen freezing pop-up and gives a voice message along with a toll-free number to call Microsoft for Windows Support. The same message appears on MacBook Air as well. The agent tells him Microsoft certified and asking for Money to remove pop-up from the computer.
