This is great though because super-late night in the US and EU is daytime in Japan.
PTS is located in Gurgaon ear New Delhi, India. They recruit many scammer who go to this Japanese language learning school.

Using BobRTC, it gives busy tone but works with fireRTC. Yesterday it was ringing from both BobRTC and fireRTC

This I noticed with another number I’ve been continually baiting for nearly a month. As of today all I get with BobRTC is a busy signal, but with any other caller the call will go through and connect. It must be some of the VoIP hash data that can be translated and blocked by vicidial which both this number and my targeted number are using.
These were Delhi, India scammers: IP 182.69.199.80
They are running a Japanese scam and their website is sexinmymind.buzz and they are using a Japanese skype number +81 0505 532 9021.
