White House Tennessee seems to be where scam numbers originate as well. The fact they can’t say but want you to sign is indicative it’s a scam.
Sounds like they may be trying to collect an uncollectable debt. A friend forwarded. Will check more.
They are American, claim to be from the “Document Delivery Services.”
