The scammer made a new website which is very similar to microsoft website

@RishiKumarShukla#147283 Uhm… I’m not sure under what circumstance you encountered this URL, but uh, that is actually Microsoft’s official site, as indicated by the domain name, their TLS security certificate and well… everything else present on the website. The methods Microsoft uses to connect to their customers computers for providing technical support is almost identical to the steps that scammers perform, unfortunately, scammers have tainted it somewhat.

@RishiKumarShukla#147330 That is normal, Microsoft uses LogMeIn to connect to customers computers when they’re providing support. I haven’t ever looked into this, but Kitboga encountered a call center one time that was able to use Microsoft’s official LogMeIn connection page with the connection keys they generated, you may have encountered another instance of someone doing this.
