Stop saying funny stuff? No, but seriously rehearse what you want to say until you work the laughter out.

Think about all the victims, you will get angry not only stop laughing.
That was my problem when I first started though somehow some of these guys i scambait with get me cracking up so hard I have to hand the phone over to them and find a time to walk away.
Exactly what nightmare said, the people they are stealing money from is enough for me to be serious. Actually, I’ve found that the less comedic I am, the longer I can keep them tied up. I save the golden moment for the end of the call when I catch them in a lie. The goal isn’t to just piss them off, but also to tie the lines up so no one else can be a victim. You also want them thinking the next call will be a scambaiter so they hang up right away.
One thing I do with my VM is to disconnect the network connection while they are in the middle of a support session. This makes them give me a new number, which also gets reported, and once I reconnect, I do the same thing over and over.
After they go crazy and get frustrated, and I've wasted 20-30 minutes of their time, I ask "Should I call my cable company to fix my Internet? Should I tell them an Indian scammer is trying to fix my virtual machine and its funny watching him struggle?"
That usually gets them to either hang up, curse me out, or laugh about how I strung them along.
