Scammer number and advice for calling

Scammer’s Number: 917-455-2157

Extra Info: Maybe a month ago a scammer called and did the scam about saying you won some crazy huge amount of money. Scammer did give this number when asked how he could be called back, so hopefully it is a good number and is still good. Also is BobRTC down or is it still good for making calls? And what would you recommend to use for making calls?
